A first-of-its-kind global airline loyalty program.


When Alaska Airlines acquired Hawaiian Airlines, they saw an opportunity to unite two icons without losing what made each beloved. Interbrand was brought in to build a shared loyalty platform that honored both heritages while setting a new benchmark for travel rewards.

Through global research with over 2,500 travelers, we uncovered a shared spirit of care that became the foundation for something bigger. The idea was simple yet powerful—transform rewards into gateways, unlocking a world of more. From that vision came Atmos Rewards, a platform connecting over 1000 destinations and 30 airline partners.

Its name, drawn from “atmosphere,” reflects movement, connection, and limitless exploration. It blends Alaska’s northern skies with Hawaii’s tropical warmth into one expansive world of possibility. Atmos Rewards redefines loyalty—not as a transaction, but as an invitation to travel further, together.
